St Andrews is a special place. A historic town standing proud on the glorious Fife coast. It is teaming with life and soaked in the very best of Scottish history. I spend a lot of my time stravaging along its outstanding beaches, the ruined castle, the world famous Old Course and the magnificent university grounds. I decided it needed a necklace. It had to be meaningful. So I thought and I considered and I searched… and this is where I landed. The St Andrews Bay Necklace.

The perfect chubby, smooth solid silver pebble is made from a cast of a real pebble I found on the beach below St Andrews Castle and the cowrie shell which I found on a beach in St Andrews Bay cast so perfectly in solid silver that I could hardly believe my eyes when I first made a mould of it. The heart charm represents my love for this old town. The three sit perfectly together and are a fitting tribute to my favourite place.

The pebble is 12mm by 10mm, cowrie shell is 13mm by 10mm and the heart is 12mm by 10mm. All solid silver - hallmarked at The Edinburgh Assay Office.

The heavy curb chain is 3mm thick and 18” long - if you would prefer a different length then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
