All pieces are made by hand in our Glasgow studio so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If we have an item in stock we will of course dispatch it sooner. Please allow three weeks for Christmas deliveries as we are extremely busy at this time.
Returns -
We hope that you are nothing less than delighted with your piece however if you wish to return it then we can process a refund up to 14 days after your item(s) arrive. We ask that you notify us via e mail (weestokesy@yahoo.com) within five days of delivery if you wish to return something. Items can only be returned if they are unworn and in a saleable condition. Please note that personalised items can not be returned. We regret that cannot refund any postage costs.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR JEWELLERY OFTEN CONTAINS SMALL CHARMS WHICH COULD BECOME A CHOKING HAZARD FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 4 HAVING JEWELLERY FEATURING SMALL CHARMS OR OTHER COMPONENTS.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
